A Sanity agency for businesses that outgrew their template.
GOJI is a Melbourne-based Sanity agency. We design and build custom websites and platforms on Sanity, the headless CMS we run our own business on, for established businesses whose digital lags their actual capability. Your content becomes structured data: one source of truth that powers your website, your apps, and the AI answer engines your customers now ask. Designed around your business rather than a template, shipped in weeks, and built to outlast the next redesign.
Why Sanity is our first recommendation
Sanity stores your content as structured data, not a wall of HTML glued to one template. That's exactly what modern search and AI answer engines want to read, and it's what lets one piece of content power your website, your app, and the AI assistants your customers now ask, without being rewritten for each. It's real-time, it versions every change, and the editing studio is shaped around your team instead of the other way around. This very website runs on it.
What a Sanity build from GOJI looks like
A content model designed around your business: your services, your products, your language, structured as data with meaning. A custom front end that renders it fast. An editing studio your team runs without a developer on standby. And content that is structured for SEO and AI visibility from day one, because liftable, well-structured content is the raw material answer engines cite.
Migrations and rescues
Coming from WordPress, a legacy CMS, or a site that's outgrown its platform: we map your existing content into a clean Sanity model, migrate it without losing your search equity, and rebuild the front end properly. The migration checklist we use is published in our website relaunch guide, so you can see the method before you buy it.
How we work
A small, senior team: no handoff to juniors, decisions made in the room. Most Sanity builds ship in weeks, not quarters. We scope on a call, quote a fixed range before we start, and tell you honestly if your project doesn't need a headless build. For smaller, simpler sites we'll point you to Webflow, and for pure commerce, Shopify. But by default, a custom build on Sanity is our recommendation, because it's the architecture that keeps paying after launch.
