GOJI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital agency based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). It applies to this website, goji.agency.
Information we collect
Information you give us.When you contact us through an enquiry form or by email, we collect the details you choose to send — such as your name, email address, company, phone number, budget, and the contents of your message. When you submit a form, the details are sent to us as an email — we receive it at hey@goji.agency— and are not stored in a database on this website. If that delivery fails, the form falls back to opening your own email application so you can send the message yourself.
Information collected automatically.Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — to keep the site secure and performing well.
Analytics.We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people read, how they arrived, and which parts are working. This is measured in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on.
Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies, and Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure the visits described above. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share this data with advertising networks. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; the site works without them.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about a potential or existing project;
- provide, improve and secure our website and services; and
- keep records reasonably necessary for our business.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted third-party providers to run this website and our business, including Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery and the email service that sends us your enquiry), Sanity (content management) and Google (analytics). These providers may process limited data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.
Overseas storage
Some of our service providers store data on servers located outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain our legitimate business records.
Accessing or correcting your information
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, by emailing hey@goji.agency. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at hey@goji.agency so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
