The portfolio is being rewritten.
The projects are finished; the write-ups are not. We are rebuilding this section around what each build actually changed for the client, and the new case studies land here shortly.

Cost, timelines, and who does the work: the things people ask before the first call.
Get in touchEverything your business needs online, under one roof. For us that's four things: branding, websites, search and AEO, and AI tools. The point isn't the list. It's that one senior team carries the whole picture, so the research informs the brand, the brand informs the site, and the site is built for search from day one. You deal with one team instead of managing four suppliers.
Yes, and the half most agencies don't. We handle Google the way you'd expect: technical foundations, content, and rankings you can track in a monthly report you can read in five minutes. We also handle AEO, which is your visibility in AI answers: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews. A growing share of buyers ask an AI before they ever open a results page, and most agencies are still doing 2019 SEO. We treat both as one job, because your customers don't care which engine they found you in.
Answer Engine Optimisation: making sure your business appears in the answers AI assistants give, not just the links a search engine lists. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend a business like yours, the AI picks from companies it can read, verify, and cite. AEO is the work of becoming one of them: structured content, machine-readable data, and answers on your site worth quoting. SEO earns you a ranking. AEO earns you the mention.
Depends on the project, but here's a helpful range. A brand refresh starts at around $5,000 and can reach anywhere up to $10,000 plus. A full brand build is bespoke and depends on which aspects of the brand you want to build, this can range anywhere from $25,000 to $100,000 plus. Websites run from around $10,000 for a smaller Webflow build up to $50,000 plus for a custom site on Sanity. Search is a monthly retainer: most clients sit between $2,000 and $10,000 plus a month.
AI builds are the hardest to pin down because they're fully custom and the range is huge. A simple lookup tool (something that pulls answers from your own data and surfaces them in a chat window) sits around $5000. A full internal platform that runs a meaningful chunk of your operations can land anywhere between $50,000 to $100,000 or more. Most projects fall somewhere between, and the only way to quote one is to scope it on a call.
If those numbers are in your range, the first call is free and we'll quote properly from there. If they're not, we'll tell you upfront instead of wasting your time.
Faster than you're used to. A brand refresh takes two to three weeks. A full brand build is four to six. A custom site on Sanity typically ships in four to eight weeks; a smaller Webflow site in two to four; a Shopify store four to eight depending on complexity. AI tools are usually two to six weeks per build.
Search is the exception: that's an ongoing engagement, not a project. You'll see early movement in the first three months and the real compounding kicks in around month six.
We move this fast because we make the decisions. No three-week design review cycles, no committee, no waiting for a project manager to send a status update.
Hire us for one thing. Hire us for the lot. Either works.
Most clients start with one project (usually a website or a brand refresh) and add the rest once they trust us. That's the right way to do it. We'd rather earn the next piece of work than bundle you into something you didn't ask for.
The same people you meet on the first call. We're a small in-house team in Australia. No outsourced handoff, no junior swap after the contract is signed, no white-labelling to a third agency.
When you hire us, you get us. That's the whole point.
By default, a custom site on a headless CMS: Sanity. It's designed for your business specifically and built from scratch, with your content held as structured data that search engines and AI assistants can read. Your team runs it without calling a developer, and it doesn't date the way a template does.
For smaller, simpler sites we use Webflow, which lets a marketing team ship fast without the weight of a custom build. For stores, we use Shopify. We'll always tell you which one fits, and our recommendation leads with a custom build on Sanity, because it's the one that lasts.
What we avoid is anything that becomes a maintenance headache in eighteen months. If a platform is wrong for you, we'll say so and point you somewhere good.
That's most people, and it's what the first call is for.
You tell us what's going on with the business. We tell you what we'd do about it, in plain English, with rough numbers attached. If we're a fit, we'll quote. If we're not, we'll say so and where possible point you toward someone who is.
The call is free and there's no follow-up sales sequence.
You get senior-level work without paying for the machine around it. No sixty-person office, no twelve-week discovery phase, no project manager managing the project manager. Small team, senior people, decisions made quickly. The overhead you're not paying for is the difference.
No, and be wary of anyone who says yes. Rankings, AI visibility, and markets all move. What we can control is the process: research before recommending, reporting you can read in five minutes, and a team that tells you what's working and what isn't. If something isn't paying its way, we'll say so and move the budget. That's the part an agency can put its name on, so that's what we put ours on.
