The file (yoursite.com/llms.txt) lists your important pages with short descriptions in markdown (services, key explainers, docs) so a model fetching context about you gets the essentials without spelunking. Think of it as an executive summary addressed to machines.
What to do about it
Worth adding once your key content is in shape: a dozen lines pointing at your service pages, glossary and best articles. Low cost, plausible upside, easy to maintain alongside the sitemap.
